Farha was a grey, desert-bred mare, sired by a Saklawi stallion and out of a Koheilah Adjuze mare. In 1902 at the age of six, she was acquired in Iraq by Mihály Fadlallah el Haddad on behalf of the Bábolna State Stud in Hungary.
The Bábolna stud book describes her as a noble and elegant mare, notable for her good forelegs, strong fetlocks, well-sloping shoulder, and long back. She stood 1.56 meters (approximately 15.1 hands) in height.
She had no registered purebred offspring.
