Psytadel's dam is the bay Bint Bey Shah, one of the best daughters of Bey Shah. Bey Shah was not only one of the all-time leading sires of National Halter winners, he has also sired several National winners in performance. He died in 1999 at the age of 23.
Jewel's dam is the chestnut DA Kismet whose sire line traces back to Straight Russian stallion Kubinec who was European and World Champion Stallion.
Jewel's grand dam Riva is the matriarch at Diamond Arabians. She was Austrian National Champion in 1998 and WAHO Trophy winner.
