IS Euron
The bay stallion IS Euron (2007) was bred by Ismer Stud in Germany. Standing approximately 14.3 hands, IS Euron combined refinement, athleticism and a pedigree rooted in internationally respected breeding programs.
IS Euron was sired by the Polish-bred stallion Fernando (1994–2008), a son by the legendary Monogramm and out of Freilina by Pepton. Fernando was bred at the renowned Michalów Stud in Poland. A stallion of exceptional type and charisma, Fernando achieved international recognition, most notably earning the title of Senior Male Reserve Champion at the All Nations Cup in 2006.
Fernando’s career and influence were tragically cut short when he died of colic in August 2008 while on lease to Saudi Arabia. Nevertheless, his legacy persists through offspring such as IS Euron, who inherited his sire’s strong Arabian type, balanced conformation and show presence. Through Monogramm, IS Euron traces to one of the most dominant sires in modern Polish breeding, known for transmitting elegance, excellent movement and reliable performance traits.
On the dam side, IS Euron is out of Evita II, a mare by Siam out of Elwanga by Probat. Evita II belongs to the distinguished dam line of Woloszka 1810, a historic Polish foundation family originally bred by the Slawuta Stud and owned by the noble Sanguszko family. This maternal line is highly valued for producing broodmares of consistent quality, combining durability, reproductive strength, and characteristic Polish Arabian elegance.
Evita II’s dam, Elwanga, was herself a Pure Polish mare. Through that strong Polish heritage, IS Euron particularly impressed with the quality of his movement. Characterized by elasticity, elevation, and natural self-carriage, his trot demonstrated both expressive foreleg action and powerful engagement from the hindquarters. This dynamic motion, combined with balance and cadence, reflects the hallmark athleticism long associated with the Polish breeding tradition and reinforces his suitability as both a show and breeding stallion.
Meanwhile, Evita II’s sire, Siam adds Straight Egyptian type and beauty. Siam was by Madkour I out of Sehnab, a bay daughter by Jamilll. Significantly, Siam, Madkour I, and Jamilll were all recognized as German Elite Stallions, a designation reserved for sires demonstrating exceptional breeding success and long-term genetic value within German Arabian breeding programs.
IS Euron himself demonstrated early promise and quality, most notably becoming the winner of the German stallion licensing in 2009. He further proved his versatility and athletic capability by successfully completing the stallion performance test at Marbach in 2011.
In the same year, IS Euron continued his competitive success by earning the title of Senior Bronze Champion Stallion at the Bairactar Memorial in Marbach (2011). This accomplishment highlighted his ability to combine classical Arabian beauty with functional athletic qualities, qualities highly sought after in modern Arabian breeding.
